Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All packages will be processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days. 
Packages will receive an track and trace code through the carrier, after the order has been send out. This can take up to several hours even up to a day. It is important to provide a correct e-mail address, so you can see your process. If you did not receive any e-mails from your order at all, please check the spam and if you have provided the correct e-mail address.

Delivery dates can be delayed if customs decide to hold the package. They are allowed to hold any package up to 30 days. We have no control over this.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.

No rights may be derived of the provided delivery dates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS


Our policy lasts 14 working days after receiving your order. During the fourteen day term you are obliged to take reasonable care of the product and its packaging. You will only use the product in the matter necessary to inspect the nature and specifications of the product. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to return your product, send an email to support@newmadefashion.com and you will be provided with the right instructions to return your product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please bare in mind that NEWMADE is not a large manufacturer hence returning your product in a proper way will take some time and patience from you as a customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following events:

– Where the product, by reason of its nature, cannot be returned due to hygienic and health reasons and the sealed packaging has been breached;

– Product that has been altered or damaged by Customer. Damaged or incomplete orders. In case customer received a damaged product please contact us by sending an email to support@newmadefashion.com. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.


In case customer received an incorrect product, please contact us to send an email to support@newmadefashion.com. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.


In case customer has not received the order within the time range indicated, please first check the track and trance code provided by the carrier. Please allow 10 more days before arrival of the order before contacting us to send an email to support@newmadefashion.com.

 

The shipping cost and bank cost of returning the product are for the customer him/her self.
