Is there a physical shop that I can visit?

At the moment we do not have a physical shop, but maybe in the future? :-)

How do I know if the size is right?

NEWMADE | FASHION clothing has a european size fit, buyers that are used to Japanese standard sizes are recommended to buy one size smaller. LONG TEE has a loose fit and are a longer than normal t-shirts, we recommend buying a size smaller if you are not sure if the size will be right. SLIM FIT has a fit that looks good on the more sporty types, if you are not sure if the size will be right, we recommend you buy a size larger.

When will my order arrive?

You will recieve a conformation by email after purchasing a product in our store. This can take some time because the transaction needs to complete first. Make sure our email hasn't ended up in you spam folder :-)

After shippment you wil receive a code (Track & Trace) so you can track the shipping. Our pre-orders have a date when the shipping is being send out. Arrival of the product depends on the carrier and can be hold by customs for inspection. You will receive a track and trace code to follow the package.

My order still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

Check your tracking status. Read our shipping policy for any other information. If the total period of time stated within the disclaimer, including the 30 days delay from customs, have expired please contact us at support@newmadefashion.com

How can I track my order?

We send out an tracking code (Track & Trace) to all our customers, as soon as the package has been send out. You will receive a conformation email when your purchase has been completed. After this we will process your items and use a carrier to take care of your package If you haven’t received any e-mail from us regarding your order at all, please first check if your order was successful. If your order was successful and you haven’t received any e-mail at all, please contact us at support@newmadefashion.com.
